Registration Information
Youth Day Registration is $40 per person. .
You may register for Youth Day online or by mailing in a form from our registration guidebook. Register online using a credit card or electronic check (ACH).
Youth Day Registration closes February 5th at 11:59pm.

Required Forms
All chaperones attending must be in complaince with their diocesan safe environment policies. The contact person is responsible for verifying that the adult chaperones attending are in compliance. For those in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, you will find compliance information in the ADLA Handbook.
The contact person must collect a Non Commerical Release Form and a signed copy of the Adults Interacting with Minors policy for each adult chaperone in attendance.
The contact person must collect the Student Youth Activity Permission Form and the Parent/Guardian Release form for each young person attending.

We encourage you to register online! By registering online, you are guaranteed admission to the event.
You can also mail in the Youth Day Registration Form along with a check for the proper amount.Everyone MUST be registered for the day (including chaperones and priests – even if they are coming for Mass only).
A maximum of 10 students and one chaperone can register per form.
Once Youth Day fills to capacity, (7,500 participants) it is CLOSED to further registrations. Please note we often reach capacity before the registration fee increases on January 15th, 2024. If capacity is not reached earlier, the final date to mail your registration is January 26, 2024. If we receive your registration after Youth Day has closed or has reached capacity, it will be returned to you. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

Limited in-person capacity of 7,500 participants.
Opening and closing sessions in the arena will be Live Streamed for those who cannot attend in-person.
At this time, we will NOT be requiring attendees to wear masks, provide proof of vaccination, or negative COVID test*.*These policies may change as county and state guidelines change.

Youth Day is open to young people in grades 9-12 from parishes and high schools (public and Catholic).
Young people enrolled in grades lower than 9th grade are NOT allowed to participate in this event and will be denied admission.

Registration to attend is $40 with special discount pricing of $35 available until January 15, 2024. Everyone in your group MUST be registered for Youth Day, including priests who will be accompanying your group to concelebrate Mass.

All registered persons receive a name badge that serves as an admission to the event. Each person must wear their official Youth Day name badge throughout the day.
Distribute name badges to all participants prior to leaving your parish or school or before exiting the bus.Those who become separated from their group and do not have name badges will not be allowed entry
Youth Day Packets will begin to be mailed in mid-January, addressed to the group's contact person. Please check your packet IMMEDIATELY upon receiept to verify that each chaperone and each participant has a name badge. NOTE: There is a $`15 fee for reprinting name badges for the group attending Youth Day.

Youth Involvement:
- Every year, numerous high school young people share their gifts and talents in various roles to help make Youth Day a success. Those interested should speak with their parish youth coordinator or campus minister!
- Are you a high school young person in grades 9 - 12? Have you attended Youth Day before and asked, "how can I be part of the day?" Are you excited to share who Jesus is with your peers? If you have answered YES to the questions above, we want to hear from you!

Adult Volunteers:- We invite any adult who is not chaperoning a parish or school group to volunteer for a variety of positions throughout the day. Come and share your gifts with the young church!
- All volunteers will enjoy admission to our event free of charge.
- All volunteers must be at least 21 years of age and be in compliance with their diocese's safe environment policies and procedures - including training and fingerprinting/background checks.

Adult Days | Friday, February 16 - Sunday, February 18, 2024

Registration Information
Special registration discount pricing of $75 per person is available through January 15, 2024, at which time regular registration pricing of $85 will be in effect.
Registration for the Adult Days covers admission to the event, including Exhibits, Entertainment, Liturgies, Sacred Space, Workshop sessions and keynote address.
As a reminder, the Adult Days of RECongress are intended for those over the age of 18. Parents needing to bring their children must accompany them at all times during the event AND register them as a participant. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that they do not disturb other attendees.

Registration is available online and by mail.
REGISTER BY MAIL: If mailing your registration, use the form found on the back page of the Registration Guidebook. The last day to register by mail is January 26, 2024.
REGISTER ONLINE: You may pay online with a debit or credit card with the Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover logo. Registration closes on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 9:00am PDT.
When registering online, please do NOT use accented characters for the spelling of first and last names. The registration will not recognize it and your registration will not be complete.
Example: José, should be Jose (no accent mark on the e) or D’Agostino, should be DAgostino (without the Apostrophe)
Incomplete registration and attempted registrations without payment will be canceled immediately. You will have to re-enter your information and make a payment to complete the registration.

On-site registration is available for the Adult Days during the event. The Registration Area will be located in the Pre-Function lobby outside of Hall B.

Thursday, February 15: 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Friday, February 16: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday, February 17: 7:30am - 3:00pm
Sunday, February 18: 8:00am - 11:00am

Name Badges: Name badges will not be mailed out prior to the event, instead they will be printed onsite at the Registration Area located outside of Hall B. Please print out your QR code Confirmation or save the Confirmation on your mobile device and bring that with you to scan and print your name badge containing your workshop selections on the reverse side of the badge.
TICKETS WILL NO LONGER BE MAILED OR USES FOR THE EVENT. YOUR NAME BADGE WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO YOUR ASSIGNED WORKSHOPS.
You must wear your name badge at all times during the event.
Each person who attends RECongress must register individually and have a printed name badge.
